did some more testing.
at first I thought disabling N capability helped, but it does not.
the workaround is to rmmod and modprobe iwlagn, and then the latency problem is
goone.
performance is not stellar, around 3 -4 mbyte per second upload /download, on G
or on N ( I have 2 accesspoints, one with G+N and one on B+G )
