knetworkmanager is unmaintained and won't receive any non-security updates. I'm
not even sure this is a KDE-client issue since in other cases it was either
NetworkManager or some kernel module that causes the issues.
If it still happens with 12.1 final + KDE:Distro:Stable repos, please report it
upstream.
