sigh - I'll close this; networking is profoundly broken for me in this beta
anyway, I get no network on start, and have to restart it via init.d/ -and- hot
un-plug / re-plug my (USB) network card in order to get it to work, so - giving
up and just re-filing as/when networking actually works (TM) would prolly be
more useful. And it works for me now I try it.
