Boot system 2. 3. Actual Results: System hangs for about 30 seconds during boot then continues to boot normally. Expected Results: No boot delay. Based on bug 642289 have tried using more recent sysvinit (sysvinit-2.88+-198.2.x86_64), and also earlier versions (sysvinit-tools-2.88-10.1.1.x86_64) with no resolution to the problem. Also tried RUN_PARALLEL="no" in /etc/sysconfig/boot to no avail. Finally tried aaa-base 12.1-108.1 which did not fix the problem. If I disconnect my sata dvd burner (CDDVDW TS-H663C, TSSTcorp) the problem goes away.
