When I manually connect to a wireless network, like first time I connect to a
network or changing to an another one by selecting it from the list,
knetworkmanager asks for user password.
After KDE startup, knetworkmanager connects without any required
intervention.
All networks are WPA2 encrypted ones, I did not verified this behavior on
other network types or on cable networks, I will check if required.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start KDE Desktop
2.Connect to a new or another network
3.
