In OpenSuSE 11.4 the --output-delimiter option of the cut command is silently
ignored if -c is also specified. This is different from the behaviour under
Opensuse 11.2 and SLES 11SP1 and has a catastrophic effect on any scripts which
rely on the old behaviour.

Example under 11.2 and SLES11:
$ echo 12 | cut --output-delimiter=X -c1,2

Under 11.4:
$ echo 12 | cut --output-delimiter=X -c1,2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. At a command prompt type
echo 12 | cut --output-delimiter=X -c1,2
Actual Results:

Expected Results:

/usr/bin/cut is part of coreutils-8.9-7.1.x86_64
