well for the reason why this happens: the buildservice does not support
different release-numbers between subpackages. So for any subpackage with own
version numbers that change in other patterns than the version of the main
package you will have these issues from time to time.
The current release number for cron is "28.1" which should be recent enough,
please reopen if this still happens (and please include the version/release
info of the installed cron package in this case).
