Nautilus shortcuts won't behave properly when using list mode as a folder view.
Identified impacts for now are for :
- tab switching
- opening new window

To have the shortcuts to behave normally, we need to manually reset focus on
the tab. It does go wrong when focus is on folder contents.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a folder with a number of files big enough to enable scrollbar
2.Configure this folder view in list mode
3.Open a second tab
4.From the first tab try to access the second one using "Ctrl + NextPage"
Actual Results:
The resulting action is a scrolling within the current folder.

Expected Results:
The shortcuts should allow to switch between tabs, open new windows, etc.
