After lossing much hair, I believe I have a lead into this problem, reading the
linux-scsi mailing lists provided some hints

Limiting the max CSTATE on the BIOS and booting with processor.max_cstate=2
makes the crashes (and controller resets) that causes the system to blow up on
high load to be much less recurrent.
Though even after upgrading the RAID controller firmware and following all
reccommendations, there is some massive I/O starvation when running rsync or
some other backup tool.
