Not much we can do here.
The above message looks like an internal firmware error.
You would need to get in touch with IBM to get this fixed properly.
Sorry, but I can't be more helpful here.
aacraid has gone basically into maintenance mode now, with Adaptec being
disbanded and all support being offshored to india.
More to the point, the sources indicate that the '0xfffffff' you're seeing in
the message relates to this snippet:
if (unlikely(status & SELF_TEST_FAILED))
return -1;
Weird thing that older versions worked here.
Can you post the entire boot log?
