On distro upgrade the nfs service stays enabled if it was enabled before. New
installs have it off, that's correct. Having nfs on slows down the boot process
as it causes a dependency of $remote_fs on network which is unnecessary in the
majority of installations. If yast is used to add nfs shares to fstab it makes
sure to also enable 'nfs'. Manually editing /etc/fstab requires a manual
"chkconfig nfs on" of course.
