The installation ran through the night. The next morning I started configuration within the network and was unable to configure printing (smb - printer in a windows network). I always got the information, that the job was stopped due to permission reasons. After a while and after comparing the similar installation on a netbook I found the reason: the file /usr/lib/cups/backend/smb was linked to /usr/bin/get_printing_ticket rather than to /usr/bin/smbspool manually adapting the link maked things work. I need this computer running so I hope you can understand that I cannot recheck the installation, however, someone at openSUSE has an idea what could cause this.
