* 400 files, 200GB total -- system freezes
Among others there were 3 files, around 1.5GB each, two of them were copied OK,
but system freezed on the 3rd one, while copying was about 50%. After
rebooting, the destination files was 0 bytes in size.
I then copied only this one file, and it was OK.
I also noticed, that while copying files, copying is done in big chunks, for
example, this 1.5GB file (when copying was done OK), was read to ~55%, then
cache (?) was flushed, and data written (much longer process than reading),
then reading up to 80%, then writting, and then reading to 100% and writting
again.
So my wild guess, is something wrong with writting, because on the last freeze
I was actually watching the progress, and system frozen at point when the
progress bar stopped for a longer time -- and this is moment of writting.
Another (unrelated) story is, that those chunks are a bit strange, I have 16GB
memory, so it should be possible to read entire file in one pass.
