Mär 2011 /dev/sg0 According to /etc/udev/rules.d/55-libsane.rules they should be 664 with group lp(!). Additionally I changed in /etc/permissions /dev/sg0 root:root 0666 which is recognized by SuSEconfig, but still something changes the authorisations to the above mentioned during each boot. As it was running under 11.3, but not in 11.4, it looks like a bug to me.
