This issue has been corrected in the recent 0.7.0 release and the fix has been backported to the 0.6.9 maintenance branch. I have already submitted an update to 0.7.0 to Factory. For 11.4 I would suggest an update to a snapshot of the 0.6.9 maintenance branch (http://gitweb.zfs-fuse.net/?p=official;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/maint-0.6.9).
