As I checked yast/Network Devices/Network Settings I was confused: Instead of my e1000 a Realtek 8139 adapter was showh ("not connected"). lspci is wrong, too: <<snip>> 00:0a.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
