xrandr output
I think this issue a little tricky.
What I have mentioned in my bug is, when I move my finger on the trackpad, to
the right, the mouse pointer on the screen also moves to the right. After
reaching the end of the display, usually the mouse pointer should get struck
and just be there. But if I connect to an external display, the mouse pointer
seem to go somewhere beyond the right edge of the screen (but not visible). So
it is difficult to find out where the mouse is when it goes out of sight.
However, on further testing I have now found that, the mouse pointer will
respect the boundaries when we press the fn+F7 few more times instead of
accepting the first time projected display. IOW, the bug can be closed with a
workaround saying (please retry fn+F7). In case you want to debug, I have
attached the xrandr log. thanks.
