When power management blanks the screen it will not resume. The only ways to get response then are either power button or Sysrq. As a workaround I command xset s noblank The problem occurs in KDE and LXDE and the workaround helps in both. I use LXDE most of the time so I have added this to /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart. Works fine, screen never blanks. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. The kernel has got updated a couple of times during Tumbleweed and I seem to remember that there vere stages where this problem did not exist. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
