It is still a bug. However, I have no idea on how to work around it for now :-(
Technical explanation:
* your kbd/mouse are connected via bluetooth
* during boot, they are in a kind of "legacy" mode, which presents them
to the OS as if they were simply wired (lsusb will show "HID device").
The adapter is not seen as a Bluetooth adapter yet.
* now bluetooth driver gets loaded, recognizes the adapter is "bluetooth in
disguise" and switches it to "real" bluetooth mode.
* kbd/mouse now needs to be handled by the bluetooth stack, but is not
configured yet => stops working.
If you want to play with it, and have another USB mouse / kbd, then you can
load the driver and configure the bluetooth kbd / mouse with the bluetooth
applet, then it will start working again.
The upside of this is, that you can use the bluetooth adapter as a bluetooth
adapter, and not only connect the wireless kbd/mouse. The downside of this is,
that it is more complicated to set up :-)
So if you do not need bluetooth on this machine, blacklisting btusb is the
easiest solution.
I'll resolve this as "worksforme", even though I know that this is not perfect
yet.
