Select Shutdown and system seems to suspend instead of power off. Enabled keyboard to wake up system in BIOS. This will restart the system less than 50% of the time. Must switch off power supply and wait for board to fully power down before I can restart using the case power button. Have been trying different things for about 6 weeks with no luck. Originally used on board ATI video. Installed nVidia card using nouveau driver initially. Switched to proprietary driver. Updated kernel and vVidia driver last week. System never fully powered off with all of these configurations. No problem rebooting - works every time. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. From Gnome menu, select Shutdown 2. Select ShutDown 3. Actual Results: openSUSE shuts down and computer seems to enter a suspend state. Num Lock keyboard light is still on. Cannot restart with the front panel power button. Must switch off the power supply. Expected Results: System should completely power off and be able to restart with the front panel power button. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
