Essentially, the user is locked out using a wireless connection. This happens after an install of openSUSE 11.4 M5. I will double check to see if it happen even when in liveCD mode. I have checked for this issue, when running openSUSE 11.3 with KDE Factory, and Kubuntu with the KDE PPA, but this issue does not exist in these two cases. It seems to be a KDE Factory problem in openSUSE 11.4 M5. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE 11.4 M5 2. Setup a wireless connection (store the wireless key if asked to do so) -> I use a wireless key myself, and the Network Manager needs administrator privileges to access the wireless key. I think this is where the problem lies. 3.
