https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=659112 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=659112#c0 Summary: autoyast FTP install complains about missing files Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.4 Version: Milestone 4 of 6 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: conny.seidel@amd.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.14 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu/9.10 Chromium/10.0.604.0 Chrome/10.0.604.0 Safari/534.14 After setting the openSUSE11.4 MS4 repository the installer comains about 2 missing files: dvd-11.3-34.1.i586.pat.gz add_on_products.xml This prevents us from testing the distro in our automated test framework. The dvd* file is in the repo (./suse/setup/descr/), but not in the root folder as mentioned in the content file. After copying the file in the repository root folder the installer stopped complaining. And since the add_on_products.xml is optional the installer shouldn't complain about missing the file. Same here, after creating an empty file the installer stopped complaining. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a ftp-repository from the ISO-image 2. try to install openSUSE from the newly created repository Actual Results: While verifying the repository the installer shows a popup dialog for each of the "missing" files. Expected Results: installation starts as configured in the autoyast file. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
