The window stays open. Nothing else happens. Starting from the console produces the following message: kde(16345): Communication problem with "kontact" , it probably crashed. Error message was: "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply" : " "Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken." " When I close the migration-tool window, I get another message: kontact(16346): Akonadi migration failed! kontact(16346): command was: ("/usr/bin/kmail-migrator", "--interactive-on-change") kontact(16346): exit code: 3 kontact(16346): stdout: "" kontact(16346): stderr: "" These could be two distinct errors and I'll raise a separate report if you wish. I've also tried starting with Knode command and get the same errors.
