On shutdown, all filesystems are sometimes (-> not allways) not unmounted. The
unmount isn't executed at all. On next reboot, there are tons of transactions
replayed.
If the umount is executed, most of the time, one of the filesystems can't be
unmounted cleanly. Mostly it is the /var-partition, but it could be the
/raid/home-partition, too.
I'm trying now to switch off RUN_PARALLEL in /etc/sysconfig/boot.
