It's because libbrasero-burn0 requires libbrasero-utils.so.0()(64bit), which is
no longer provided by brasero-2.32.
As libbrasero-burn0 is still in one of the reposities, the solver is not
allowed to silently remove the package. (It would be ok if libbrasero-burn1
would obsolete libbrasero-burn0, but this is against the library policy.)
Thus, it has no choice but to stay with the old braseo package (which is a
valid option, as it is still in one of the repositories).
So, it is a packaging bug. The "basero" package contains libraries but does not
conform to the library name guildlines. The libs should be in a "libbrasero0"
package.
