Klicking i. e. on firefox history line causes the X-server to crash and to return me to the kdm-login screen. The same happens when firefox (or other applications) are minimized and maximized again -> X-server crash. The issue can be circumvented by disabling the compoisite system. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start i. e. firefox 2. minimize and try to maximize again 3. you are returned to login screen Actual Results: Well, X-server crash Expected Results: guess what .... I attach my xorg.conf (mandatory as the x-server does not create anyghing usuable without this. I have to boot with nomodeset.
