Calendar forms an invalid email address on some of the contacts when creating
invites.

Let's say the contact contains Firstname Lastname user@domain.

The expected invite is:
Firstname Lastname user@domain

The actual result for some of the contacts is:
Firstname Lastname <Firstname Lastname <user@domain>>

This invite is undeliverable by most servers, and does not flag the sender that
the invite was not properly sent.

Note that kmail does not have this error, and creates:
Firstname Lastname user@domain
using the same contact.

(Note: This error suggests the poor programming practice of having two
different routines to create the "to:" in an invite. That is, kmail and
calendar have separate and different routines. This code would be more
efficient if a single routine was utilized by both applications.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into calendar
2. Create an invite
3. Depending on the contact, calendar will duplicate the first and last name,
and insert brackets.
4. This does not occur with all contacts, and one cannot tell for the contact
utility what is special about this contact that allows the problem to occur.
Actual Results:
Firstname Lastname <Firstname Lastname <user@domain>>

Expected Results:
Firstname Lastname user@domain
