http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=621752 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=621752#c0 Summary: xmms2 suggests installing client apps that don't exist Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: RC 2 Platform: i586 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.3 Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: P5 - None Component: Sound AssignedTo: tiwai@novell.com ReportedBy: kbrannen@pwhome.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100611 SUSE/3.6.4-3.2 Firefox/3.6.4 The description for xmms2 says: "It includes a basic CLI interface to the XMMS2 framework, but most users will want to install a graphical XMMS2 client (such as gxmms2 or esperanza)." Great, but neither gxmms2 nor esperanza are included packages in the release, so there is currently no front-end GUI client. Can one or both of these apps be added to 11.3? While I wish this would make 11.3, I suspect it's too late for that and so this becomes an enhancement, hopefully as an update. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual Results: missing apps -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
