Using the Yast2-ftp-server module to configure the FTP server. When setting the
chroot everyone configuration flag during the process, saving and finishing the
configuration it will get placed into the configuration file in
/etc/vsftpd.conf for the vsftpd ftp server. But next time calling up the
Yast2-ftp-server module the status of the flag will not properly appear. The
flag will appear as not selected.
