I don't see how +clamd would be enough in theory. In practice it is not either.

Btw: you way $network -> $networkplus introduce a loop
It does not. Perhaps it was a little unclear; I meant changing $network to
$networkplus in /etc/init.d/{almost all services, like clamd}, not
insserv.conf.
