well first time you install the OS, and login, of course you don't have a
keyring right?
the first time you need it (it always worked that way)
you are prompted to create it (usually it's called "default")
in other words, i should see that:
http://library.bloomu.edu/wireless/ubuntu/Screenshot-Create%20Default%20Keyr...
but it do not appear, no keyring created, no password stored...
i should have the same workflow as here:
http://library.bloomu.edu/wireless/ubuntu/
that always existed on previously.
i didn't tested yet to use seahorse to create a keyring called "default" and
check if that is used, i only checked if seahorse was able to connect to gnome
keyring...
i'll report more infos as soon as i will be back home
