Ah, I realized it is possible that I may have done the previously
referred to "zypper dup" remotely, while X was still running. That
would explain _some_ problems, but I am still wondering why
- .xsession-errors is being dumped at that badly
Something (gnome-do) pipes those messages every 120s.
Also, I just realized in the messages copied above copy&paste cut off
key information:
[Error 12:29:48.959] Could not load desktop item: libgnome-desktop-2.so.11
That version numbers sounds even more weird, doesn't it? Where does .11
come from, when the system has .7 and .17 installed?
