Well, OpenSUSE 11.2 works fine inside VirtualBox 3.1.4
Just extracted from 11.2 system working in VirtualBox with Guest Additions how
built-in Xorg.conf looks like:

So it seems problem reported in this bug is caused either by auto-config in
Xorg in OpenSUSE 11.3, or by Kernel 2.6.33
