[Bug 578995] hal fail to start on boot, haldaemon restart required

Please note the highlighted entry "Loading CPUFreq modules (CPUFreq not supported)" then after that "Loading Haldaemon ...Done". The boot sequence stops dead at this point. If you need logs please let me know how I can create them.
