No need to wonder - the "rpmbuild -ta" feature was part of my development
process and it broke. In other words: severity=blocker. ((however, in the
meantime I did find out about the wonders of "osc build", so it is not as
urgent anymore))

In my case it was "Record size = 8". I am including a patch to suppress the
output. Basically, it is only printed if you choose "tar -tvvf" instead of the
usual "tar -tvf". Some of my builds do continue now - well, I don't have time
to get around to check with the attached test script from Werner Stille, sorry.
I'll have a look at it for a while
