During installation of openSUSE 11.3 M1, after downloading Release Notes, the
installation downloads the 11.3 repo data (both oss & non-oss). An error is
displayed for each repo about "content key" not found. The download then
continues and appears to be successful.

This message was also displayed after installation completed and system
rebooted when update attempted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.During install from DVD, after Release Notes downloaded, repos are opened
with message displayed for oss & non-oss
2.After system rebooted following installation, during update the messages were
displayed again
Actual Results:
'content key' not found for oss & non-oss repos (11.3)

Expected Results:
'content key' found

Does not affect installation completion.
