with comments in source file headers

Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW

Priority: P5 - None
Component: YaST2

J├╝rgen Weigert mentioned in his talk "Legal Aspects of Distribution
Development" what a licence should contain. A copyright notice would not be
enough for the SuSE/Novell legal team.

(page 8)

I get the impression from this presentation that the licence informations are
incomplete for a couple of source files that belong to YaST for example.

I would appreciate if the relevant licence data that is indicated by the
corresponding packages would be also clearly expressed in the source file
headers. Are Novell's other open source software components similarly affected,
too?
