Because of bug 548108 I had to install and boot my system with kernel parameter

Whenever I boot I get messages like on the attached picture (the fsck message
of course differ. Proper disk unmouting at shutdown doesn't work either -
separate bug report)

When it reaches "Starting udevd", "Loading drivers, configuring devices" the
boot process hangs for more than three minutes.

Even with "acpi=ht" openSUSE - on another partition of the same computer -
boots normally without delay.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot system with "acpi=ht"
2.Press <ESC> to see boot messages

Actual Results:
System nangs at "Starting udevd", "Loading drivers, configuring devices"
Boot contunues after about 3 minutes

Expected Results:
Boot process without major delay
