How to reproduce:
# zypper install sysconfig nfs-client ofed
# chkconfig -s nfs off
insserv: There is a loop between service network and openibd if stopped
insserv: loop involving service openibd at depth 4
insserv: loop involving service network at depth 3
insserv: loop involving service nfs at depth 2
insserv: loop involving service syslog at depth 3
insserv: There is a loop between service network and openibd if stopped
insserv: There is a loop between service network and openibd if started
insserv: loop involving service openibd at depth 2
insserv: loop involving service network at depth 1
insserv: loop involving service syslog at depth 3
insserv: loop involving service dbus at depth 1
insserv: exiting without changing boot order!
