I installed the final release and the
xorg-x11-driver-video-radeonhd-1.3.0_20091106_619706-2.1.i586.rpm, which has
moved from the factory to the openSUSE_11.2 trunk.

About the performance issues.
When I scroll a page in Firefox the Xorg process starts eating up 35%-45% of my
Pentium4_2.8 CPU, making scrolling unusably slow. To a somewhat lesser extent
the same happens when scrolling in Konqueror and Dolphin (scrolling in less
demanding applications works OK). Moving any window around the desktop also
consumes up to 50% of CPU cycles.
I haven't experienced the slowness problem to such an extent when using the
default OpenSUSE 11.1 installation.
Logs/output attached
PS
By the way, I've noticed the next version of xorg in the factory trunk:

I'll be glad to test it if needed.
