Um, Yast uses "/usr/bin/file -b -i *.iso" call to check whether the file is (or
might be) an ISO image.
The call currently prints "application/octet-stream; charset=binary", in the
past it printed "application/x-iso9660" MIME-type.
Unfortunately Yast expects "application/x-iso9660" output, if file reports
something else it displays the warning.
An interesting fact is that "/usr/bin/file -b *.iso" (without -i) prints
ISO 9660 CD-ROM filesystem data 'CDROM ' (bootable)
string which is OK.
