There is few improvements but I found a regression, compared to samba 3.2. It concern winbind. Join a AD Domain (w2k3 servers) and first open a session with a AD account. -> All is working well. Now open a session in offline mode (no network) and start a application (ie terminal) -> working well Connect the machine to the network and wait for winbind to go online. Next try to start a application : nothing happens. Winbind is in a undetermined state and all authentication stack does not respond. So you cannot start applications, login with root, .... After few minutes winbind come back to a normal state and all is working.
