User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.9.1.2)
Gecko/20090730 SUSE/3.5.2-2.4 Firefox/3.5.2

I have installed openSuse 11.2 Milestone 6 32Bit
(openSUSE-DVD-Build0233-i586.iso) inside a virtual machine with VirtualBox
3.0.4.

I want to change the optional kernal command line parameter splash=silent to
splash=0.

I started Yast2-Bootloader, i selected the entry for openSUSE 11.2 Milestone 6
- 2.6.31-r6-3 and clicked the 'Edit'-Button.

I modified the text in the input box below 'Optional Kernel Command Line
Parameter': splash=silent to splash=0

I hited the ENTER key or clicked on the 'OK'-Button, but the modified text was
not applied.

If I use the the other Yast2-Bootloader editor for direct editing the
/boot/grub/menu.lst file, I can change the parameter successfuly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Yast2-Bootloader
2. Select openSUSE entry and start editing.
3. Change text in input box for 'Optional Kernel Command Line Parameter'
4. Klick OK-Button or hit ENTER key.Editing the entry for 'Optional Kernel
Command Line Parameter' is not working.
5. Check for modification by reediting the openSUSE entry.

Actual Results:
Editing the entry for 'Optional Kernel Command Line Parameter' seems not to
work. Direct editing of /boot/grub/menu.lst required.

Expected Results:
Editing the entry for 'Optional Kernel Command Line Parameter' should be
applied correctly.
