http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=535435 Summary: Unable to mount windows7 ntfs-partition, /windows/C Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Factory Platform: 64bit OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: monkey9@iae.nl QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Beta-Customer An older partition, called /windows/D, mounts easily, while the 'C' partition had other namings in /etc/fstab. Sometimes the drives are called sda, and sometimes sde. I changed the namings to the mountable namings, but still it cannot be mounted. The error message says: only mountable by root, but that is bogus. In the partitioner it is marked with a star, and cannot get mounted. Until now nothing i did resulted in mounting the /windows/C drive... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
