Pressing F2 you can change the language and keyboard layout. If you do so, during the installation your selected language will be used as default language for the first step of the installation. This is ok. The same is not true for the keyboard layout: you can change that in grub, but you'll get always the default keyboard layout for your language in the first screen of the installation. This has an obvious and easy workaround (change again the layout to what you want in the first screen of installation), so it's a minor bug.
