There seem to have been introduced some speed regression in susetags2solv recently, with every Factory update "susetags2solve -c /var/cache/zypp/raw/openSUSE-11.2-Oss/content" runs several seconds with high load (without progress information at zypper prompt).
I can confirm this behaviour on two seperate installations of Milestone 5 (i586 and x86_64) trying to run "zypper up". However on x86_64 the process hung for several minutes at > 95% CPU-load before I killed it. Removed all the old files (zypper clean -a) to be sure to have a "clean" state and treid again. Unfortunately, same behaviour, even after 10 minutes of "hanging" the process did not finish on x86_64. I don't know if it is of special importance, but both installations run as virtual machines (VirtualBox). -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
