Everytimes when I install the latest kernel update via yast and reboot I get
after the regular kernel messages:

Could not find /dev/sda1.
Want me to fall back to /dev/sda1? (Y/n)

If I choose no, I get a small shell, if I choose yes, it prints the same and
then I get the small shell.

If I leave this shell with "exit", my system comes up like normal. But this
then happens all the time I reboot. The only way to fix it, is to mount my
filesystems and recreate the initrd with mkdinitrd in that small shell.

I thought, if the initrd wasn't created correctly after the update, I do it by
myself before rebooting. But this doesn't fix the problem. I allways have to do
it in the small shell I get during the boot process once to fix it.

I had this problem at least on the last 4-5 kernel updates reproducable on all
of my 18 servers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install kernel update via yast
2. reboot
