If I visit http://bugzilla.novell.com with current konqueror-4.3 the connection
attempt times out after about one minute and I get an http error page with the
following error details:
"Zusätzliche Information: bugzilla.novell.com: SSL-Aushandlung fehlgeschlagen"

Using firefox under same conditions (no proxy, suse firewall disabled) just
works.
