The (only) harddisk is configured as master on the IDE port. Installation went o.k. until the first reboot. System reboots with a blank (black) screen. After some seconds of hard-disk activity, the monitor enters stand-by mode; there seems to be no video signal present. GRUB shows up after booting from the harddisk, but neither the normal nor the failsave option works. The kernel starts to boot, but after the "Loading drivers and configuration" boot message, the screen flickers and the monitor enters sleep/standby mode After the failed boot from disk, I booted the recovery system from the 11.2 DVD and extracted the attached boot.msg (+hwinfo + lspci output) from the disk.
