Looks good.

Could you, in addition, try running (as root, be aware that this tries to
reinstall bootloader)

cat /etc/grub.conf | /usr/sbin/grub --batch --device-map=/boot/grub/device.map

and check whether it creates any output?

BTW: According to the configuration file, you do not have any primary partition
designated for bootloader. This is highly unrecommended and not supported by us
(even though in most of the cases it normally works)
